During the height of the pandemic, several families relocated from across the U.S. to Tampa Bay. Against all odds, damaged supply chains and short staff, we supported a project that closed in June and had a fully furnished and move-in ready by August.

While others said, “It can’t be done,” we asked, “Why not?”

We coordinated with trusted partners on both ends—inventorying belongings virtually, designing custom layouts, and preparing homes down to the stocked fridge, a built playground, and organized mudrooms for school bags and beach gear. To witness a family arriving to a home that was ready to hold them was a relief and celebration.

Today, this life transition is one of our greatest honors to support.
